Iconic is a rounded condensed sans serif typeface designed by Andrea Tartarelli together with Cosimo Lorenzo Pancini and Francesco Canovaro at Zetafonts. It’s a multi-purpose workhorse family designed for clear and effective editorial, interface and information design with minimum usage of space. The soft, rounded shapes are all derived from basic circular geometry, but slight humanist touches have been added to make the family look more informal and readable. With his slim, minimal aesthetic, Iconic embodies the spirit of contemporary tech, and the desire for an effortless, natural digital experience. The extensive range of weights allows both for text and display usage. In body copy Iconic excels in clarity from light to bold with a choice of medium and regular for text appearance fine tuning; in display use it allows endless design expressions with a range that goes from the hairline thin weight to the super-fat heavy, all with matching italics. To complement the basic, regular shapes of the Iconic family, a Stencil subfamily has been designed with a more aggressive technical look. Perfect for way-finding, branding and interaction design, the six Stencil weights can also be used next to the base family for a rich textural approach to type setting.

URW Dock Condensed is the matching complement for the URW Dock. Including 20 additional condensed styles the URW Dock Condensed is the space-saving alternative in the URW Dock family.
URW Dock is a contemporary geometric type family rooted in the square sans genre. Inspired by the square sans typefaces of the 60s, it is a reinterpretation and enhancement particularly designed for today’s requirements of a multipurpose font: to work excellent in print and screen environments. Including a wide range of styles, an extended character set and a careful composition, it has the ability to give brands, artworks, and interfaces a modern, professional and unique touch. Its high legibility and clear informative and technological appearance are perfectly suitable for infographics, signage and way-finding systems. And especially when embedded in app, gaming and infotainment software it will display its strength. While the upright styles communicate a clear, instructional and informative message, the italics express an industrial, dynamic and forward-thinking spirit.

Ray is a light-hearted family of display fonts. Its letterforms were inspired by the kind of typefaces used on digital displays. The family includes five variants, each of which shares the same character width, inter-character spacing, and OpenType features. They are each derived from a strict grid. Ray One’s letterforms make use of a series of dots overlayed on top of a background grid. The capital letters, lining figures, and lowercase ascenders are nine dots tall. The x-height is seven dots. The descenders have two dots worth of space available below the baseline. The Ray Two fonts uses squares instead of dots. These all run into each other, but still present a pixelated effect to the texts they set. Those squares are rounded off in Ray Three, making this style appear like a combination of the Ray One with the Ray Two font. Ray Four adds bridges between many of the gaps found between the grid units visible in Ray Three. These rounded elements from Ray Four are in turn re-squared in Ray Five, making that font look like a cross between Ray Two and Ray Four. The fonts in the Ray family include both lining and oldstyle figures, as well as several alternates for letters like the ‘Q’, ‘R’, ‘S’, and ‘g’. Ray come from Satya Rajpurohit, the Ahmedabad-based type designer who co-founded the Indian Type Foundry.
